Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms for deposits, revisions, balances, cancellations, and dispute handling for all Gospel Sound Clinic services.
Last updated: April 14, 2026
1. Overview
Gospel Sound Clinic provides digital audio services including mixing, mastering, and related music production services. Because these services are customized and delivered digitally, all payments are governed by the terms in this policy.
2. Deposit Policy
A deposit is required before any project begins. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because studio time, technical resources, and project scheduling are committed immediately.
3. Revision Policy
Each project includes up to three (3) review versions or revisions. These revisions are intended to refine the agreed direction of the song and address feedback within the original project scope.
Revisions do not include a complete restart of the project or a major change in the original creative direction. Additional revisions beyond the included three may attract additional charges.
4. Final Balance
Clients are provided with preview (review) versions of their project during the revision stage. These versions are shared strictly for evaluation and feedback purposes only.
If the client is satisfied with the work, the remaining balance becomes payable, after which the final mastered files will be delivered.
If the client is not satisfied after the revision stage, they are not obligated to proceed with the final payment. However, in such cases:
- All preview/review files provided remain the intellectual property of Gospel Sound Clinic and are not licensed for use.
- The client is strictly prohibited from using, distributing, publishing, uploading, or commercially exploiting any preview/review versions of the work.
- Final mastered files are only delivered after full payment has been received.
By engaging our services, the client agrees that usage rights to the audio are only granted upon full payment of the agreed project fee.
5. Full Upfront Payments
Some clients may choose to pay the full project amount upfront before work begins. By doing so, the client acknowledges and agrees that the payment is non-refundable, since work begins immediately and resources are allocated to the project.
6. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. No refunds are issued after final approval, final payment, and delivery of completed files.
Full upfront payments are also non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
A client may cancel a project before work begins. If work has not yet started, any amount paid beyond a committed non-refundable booking amount may be reviewed for refund at our discretion.
Once work has started, cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the deposit.
8. Disputes
We encourage all clients to raise concerns during the review stage so they can be addressed promptly and fairly. Our aim is always to resolve issues directly through communication and revisions within the agreed project scope.
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback or external dispute.
